Toby hung up the phone and began to pack an overnight bag. The 19 year old had just agreed to spend the night watching his 12 year old neighbor Charlie. Regina was going out of town for a work seminar, and needed somebody to watch her son. Fortunately, Toby was both her first, and last choice.
Three years earlier, when they first moved to Grove street, Toby had helped a then 9 year old Charlie clean up and get home after a nasty spill on his skateboard. The two became fast friends, Toby teaching Charlie new tricks
